Cancellation Policy


RestaurantSolutions understands that situations change and that sometimes it is necessary to cancel an order. We are happy to help in any way the we can.

Cancellation Prior to Shipment
Any order that is cancelled by the customer prior to shipment either from our warehouse or the manufacturer the order will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request.

Cancellation After Shipment
Any order that is cancelled by the customer after the item has shipped from either our warehouse or the manufacturer will be treated as a RETURN as we cannot halt an item that is in-transit.
